Poker is a series of card games that combine gambling, strategy and skill. All poker variants involve betting as an intrinsic part of the game and determine the winner of each hand based on the combination of player cards, at least some of which remain hidden until the end of the hand. The number of cards in a poker game, the number of shared or "community" cards, the number of hidden cards and the betting process are different.
